We are a small DME Company who find all the required hoops to jump through for certification painful. Admittedly, we have not paid sufficient attention to the things required for accreditation. In our last inspection, we fell woefully short of passing. HME Solutions was recommended to us to fix our problems and get us on the right track moving forward.
Julie Bowman came to our office and spent two days going through all the specifics and requirements that we lacked. She helped put us on the right path going forward and has since addressed all of the “corrections” that were written up following our first inspection. She completed our plan of correction, got us in a place where we were ready for a second inspection, which we passed. We now are the proud possessors of our Certificate of Accreditation.
We feel like we are in the DME business, not in the business of paying so much attention to all those things required to be certified. And we feel like Julie and her team is in that business. It was well worth having her come into our business and setting things straight. Without her, we were in serious jeopardy of having our Medicare number pulled.
