We are a very small company and we are providers of Durable Medical Equipment.  As we tried  to start the accreditation process we found ourselves in trouble and not being able to complete or have the proper information for passing.  We were given the name of HME Solutions to help us out and get us on track for passing our accreditation process.  Sometimes things like this come second to the main job.  Julie came as soon as we called to help get us in order.  She spent two full days with us and made sure we were comfortable with what she had covered. We also bought a necessary policy manual to help us on our way and keep us up to date.  It was great.  This manual had all the info and forms we needed.

Julie Bowman left our office but did not leave us alone.  We have been in contact with her and she has helped out with all she can.  The first plan of correction failed and she came in and started to help us so that we could pass the second inspection.  She completed our plan of correction,  we sent it on its way and now we have passed and  are proud owners of a “Certificate of Accreditation”.

We were happy to have reached out to the HME Solutions company and know we made the correct decision.  We were in trouble and HME Solutions helped us out of the panic of trying to get it all done.  We can breathe easy now and will keep referring to them in the future to keep us up to date and help us to stay on the correct Accreditation path
