Accreditation agencies, as well as CMS, periodically make changes to their standards and other required documentation. We keep you up-to-date on any changes made by these agencies and update your manual as required. Additionally, we are continually updating policies and improving them to enable you to manage your business as efficiently as possible.
- Add or change information contained in your manual. Products, services and personnel change, and now you can too. Whether pricing, discontinued lines or hiring, you can make those changes simply. If you have specific requests to further customize your manual we are happy to complete those modifications for you with your subscription.
- Performance Management compliance is an important but often confusing aspect of accreditation. Your subscription gains you additional assistance and forms to help you gain continual compliance in this important area.
- Additional Support. Our trained professionals familiar with regulatory requirements, compliance, CMS and various payers, are available to you to answer questions and assist you. Once your accreditation survey has been completed, we will also provide assistance with completion of correction plans to bring you back into compliance.

Subscription fees can be paid annually or monthly and vary depending on the type of manual purchased.
The cumulative monthly or annual recurring subscription charges are significantly less costly than purchasing a brand new manual every three years.
When you purchase your HME Accreditation Simplified!™ manual, your subscription’s first 6 months are FREE! Recurring monthly or annual billing charges are delayed so there are no additional charges while you are preparing for accreditation.
