Once you have successfully completed your company profile which is needed to customize your manual to the particulars of your company, your manual with all of its components will be immediately sent to you.

We could send the manual immediately after submission, but instead we will take the time to review it first before we send it so as to ensure accuracy. If we see something that is not quite right that needs further discussion we will call you to discuss what might need to change in the data you provided in your company profile.

We don’t just send it off without taking the time to personally review your manual first.
